YOGA FOR STRESS WORKSHOP

As we live in a demanding world, all of us deal with stress and its physical manifestations. In this workshop you will learn simple and practical techniques to manage your stress. You'll leave this workshop with tools to de-stress in your daily life.
Rachel fell in love with yoga during university in Austin and has been exploring her practice ever since. Her classes are vibrant and thoughtful, and combine creative sequencing, energising music, and laughter.
Rachel is 580 hour certified and teaches
vinyasa, power, yin, and meditation classes in both the US and UK. She is focused on building community and bringing people together through yoga.
